MoneyHero Group (NASDAQ: MNY) is a publicly listed financial comparison platform across Southeast Asia, with brands including SingSaver (Singapore), MoneyHero (Hong Kong), and Seedly. I joined as Senior Product Designer leading retain and growth work across SingSaver and MoneyHero HK, and was promoted to Lead Product Designer for the insurance vertical, where I led a small team across SG and HK markets.

The work spanned two chapters. As Senior PD, I led design for the rewards application journey across two markets, drove cross-market alignment, and shipped UX work that measurably reduced support ticket load. As Lead PD, I owned the insurance vertical end-to-end across SG and HK, leading the design team, partnering with PM and engineering leads, and shipping insurance comparison and quote experiences under tight timelines.

Seedly was Singapore’s leading personal finance community when I joined, used by hundreds of thousands of Singaporeans to learn about money, compare products, and ask questions. I joined as the early product designer on a small team, and stayed through Seedly’s acquisition into Hyphen Group (now MoneyHero Group, NASDAQ: MNY).

Across two and a half years, I led design across the home feed, the Community surface, and the Seedly Business (Saffron) B2B SaaS platform, alongside design system work that scaled the team’s output. Post-acquisition, I led the design for the rewards system that became one of the platform’s strongest engagement drivers.
